You can request deletion of your Ip-Info.app account data at any time. If you can access your account, remove unneeded API keys and billing settings from the dashboard first, then contact support if you want the account closed fully.
If you cannot sign in, submit a request through our contact form from the email address associated with the account. Include the account email, company name if any, and a short description of the data you want deleted.
Some records may need to be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal reasons. Where retention is required, we restrict use to those purposes and delete or anonymize the data when it is no longer needed.
