Ip-Info.app provides IP geolocation and network intelligence, including location, ASN, ISP, timezone, connection, and privacy-related signals. Results are informational and should be combined with your own business rules, review process, and legal analysis before making high-impact decisions.
You are responsible for your account, API keys, credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep API keys confidential, rotate them when access changes, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the IP addresses and other data you submit to the service, and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for your use case. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans, prepaid credits, usage limits, taxes, renewals, and overages are handled according to the plan or order you select. You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges for your selected services. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
We work to keep the service reliable, but IP data, routing, availability, feature sets, rate limits, and response fields may change over time. We may update or discontinue features, change pricing, or modify documentation with reasonable notice when practical.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or reliability risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm Ip-Info.app, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IP geolocation is probabilistic and can be affected by VPNs, proxies, mobile networks, carrier NAT, routing changes, reassigned IP space, and other network behavior. We do not guarantee that every result will be complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEVME LTD and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable laws of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
