Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for Ip-Info.app plans, prepaid credits, and billing issues. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a paid plan from your account billing area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refund eligibility

We review refund requests case by case, including:

  • Duplicate charges or obvious billing errors.
  • Accidental plan upgrades reported promptly after purchase.
  • Service access issues that prevent reasonable use and cannot be resolved by support.
  • Unused prepaid credits where a written agreement or applicable law requires a refund.

Non-refundable items

Consumed API usage, completed data processing, overage fees, chargeback fees, taxes, and custom work are generally non-refundable unless required by law or a signed order form says otherwise.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 30 days of the charge through the support page and include your account email, invoice number, charge date, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional details to verify ownership of the account.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate quickly. Chargebacks may require us to suspend billing access or API keys while the payment dispute is reviewed.
