Before submitting a notice

Please confirm that you own the copyrighted work, are authorized to act for the copyright owner, and have identified the specific Ip-Info.app material you believe is infringing. If the concern involves content controlled by a third-party site, contact that site or host directly.

DMCA notice requirements

A notice should include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL or location of the material on Ip-Info.app that you want reviewed.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

How we respond

We review complete notices and may remove, disable, or restrict access to material we believe is infringing. We may also forward the notice to the party that provided the disputed material where appropriate.

Counter-notifications

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact. The counter-notification should identify the removed material, explain why removal was mistaken, include your contact details, consent to the required jurisdiction, and include your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing material through Ip-Info.app services.
