Inactivity Policy

Last updated: April 23, 2026

Dormant accounts

Accounts with no sign-ins, API usage, paid invoices, or support activity for an extended period may be treated as inactive. We may contact the account owner before limiting access, deleting unused API keys, or closing the account.

Unused API keys

API keys that have not been used for a long period may be rotated, disabled, or removed to reduce account risk. You can prevent this by signing in, using the key, or replacing it with a current key from the dashboard.

Reserved names and identifiers

Account names, organization names, and other identifiers may not be held solely for resale, impersonation, or future speculation. We may rename or release inactive identifiers when needed to prevent confusion, abuse, or trademark issues.

Prohibited transfers

Attempts to sell, buy, or solicit payment for account names, organization names, or reserved identifiers may result in suspension or removal of the account.

Trademark concerns

If you believe an inactive account is using your trademark, review our Trademark Policy and contact us with supporting details. Not all account activity is public, so we do not guarantee that a requested name or identifier will be released.
